Scope/

  • BIM coordination and project support — running coordination cycles, tracking issues, maintaining model quality throughout execution planning.
  • Automation and scripting — Dynamo scripts and custom solutions for data exchange, parameter management, and model maintenance.
  • Data integration — ensuring model data aligns with certification requirements and handover specifications.

About the Project/

Anna-Lindh-Haus — a seven-story timber-hybrid office building directly opposite Berlin Hauptbahnhof. 19,000 m² BGF plus underground parking. Designed by Dorte Mandrup Architects (Copenhagen), developed by CA Immo. The building is designed as a flagship for sustainable construction — full EU Taxonomy compliance, targeting DGNB Platin, WELL Core & Shell Platin, WiredScore and SmartScore Platin.

Aukett + Heese serves as local architect, having guided the project from preliminary design through building permit and into execution planning. All planning in 3D/BIM, with material documentation enabling circular economy tracking. Timeline: 2022–2026.
