- —Coordination, quality control, and clash detection — running regular coordination cycles across MEP, structural, and architectural models, tracking resolution.
About the Project/
Gebäude 29 in Berlin-Siemensstadt — a historic industrial building on the Siemens campus, part of the broader Siemensstadt² urban redevelopment. The brief: convert roughly 6,700 m² of raw industrial space into a mixed-use building with a company restaurant and Customer Experience Center on the ground floor, and flexible office space on the upper levels following Siemens "New Normal" workplace standards.
