Scope/
- —Scan-to-BIM — detailed as-built modeling of the heritage building from laser scan point cloud data.
- —Scripting and automation — Dynamo and Python scripts for generating uneven floor geometry from surveyor drawings, parameter management, and model maintenance.
- —Internal coordination and project support — running coordination cycles and maintaining model quality across Leistungsphasen 1–6.
About the Project/
Globushof — a heritage-listed Kontorhaus in the heart of Hamburg, between Nikolaifleet and Großer Burstah. 11,200 m² BGF. The project combines a careful heritage renovation of the existing building with a two-story rooftop addition and a new annex, planned as a single volume. Primarily high-end office space, with gastronomy on the ground and basement levels of the annex.
Rooftop addition designed by Aukett + Heese, annex by Riemann Architekten (Lübeck). Execution planning delivered by Aukett + Heese for both building parts. Timeline: 2023–2027.
